Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery
Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days in the United States. Our pieces come from a small number of makers and suppliers, so delivery times vary by item. Your confirmation email includes tracking as soon as the order ships, and if anything is running long we'll write to you rather than leave you waiting.

Shipping cost
Calculated at checkout before you pay.

Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. It should be unused and in its original packaging. Write to Mojavedealer@gmail.com to start a return and we'll send instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or wasn't what you ordered.

Refunds
Issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of the return reaching us.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If a piece arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered, write to us at Mojavedealer@gmail.com within 14 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you. We'll cover return shipping and either replace the item or refund it, whichever you'd prefer.

Gift orders
If you're buying for a specific date, email us before you order and we'll confirm whether it can arrive in time.
